Know, update, and rectify
your personal data, and, where applicable, revoke your authorization or delete it from the databases where it is processed.
We collect your data for the purpose of:
a) Executing the existing contractual relationship with our clients/debtors, suppliers/creditors, and employees, including the payment of contractual obligations.
b) Providing the services and/or products required by clients/debtors and the business.
c) To inform about new products or services and/or changes to existing ones.
d) To evaluate service quality.
e) To conduct advertising and marketing campaigns for our products and/or services and/or at commercial events.
f) To send commercial, advertising, or promotional information about products and/or services, events, and/or promotions (commercial or otherwise) via mail and/or email, in order to promote, invite, direct, execute, inform, and generally carry out commercial, advertising, or accounting campaigns and promotions, and as technical support for audits conducted by Nativapps SAS.
g) To carry out the selection, evaluation, onboarding, and subsequent social security processes, and to manage employee and family welfare activities.
h) To support audit processes. i) Register employee information (active and inactive) in the Nativapps SAS databases, as indicated in the authorization granted by the data subject or described in the respective privacy notice, as applicable;
j) Provide, share, send, or deliver your personal data to Nativapps SAS subsidiaries if such companies require the information for the purposes indicated herein regarding data (i) collected directly at reception, (ii) taken from documents provided by individuals to staff, and (iii) obtained from video recordings made inside or outside Nativapps SAS facilities. This data will be used for the security of people and property, and for the companies located on these premises, and may be used as evidence in any type of legal proceeding.
Regarding sensitive data collected by the company, this data will be obtained and authorized by the data subject, who is fully aware that providing it is optional. The company will guarantee all rights related to this information, respecting its confidentiality and without violating the rights of individuals in accordance with the law. Each piece of personal data provided will be used only for the purposes stated herein and those indicated no later than the time of collection. Therefore, Nativapps SAS will not sell, license, transmit, disclose, alter, modify, or delete this data, except: (i) with the express authorization of the data subject; (ii) when required or permitted by law; or (iii) at the request of the data subject.
Nativapps SAS may subcontract certain business or information processing functions to third parties. In the event that these third parties process personal information, or are provided with information related to personal data, Nativapps SAS will notify them of their obligation to protect said personal information with appropriate security measures. The use of this information for their own purposes, as well as its disclosure to others, is prohibited. Nativapps SAS will enter into confidentiality agreements with these third parties.
